Brazilian Night: A Fundraising Gala for Capella Regalis Choirs

February 28, 6 pm – St John’s Hall, Lunenburg

 The Capella Regalis South Shore Program began this past November, with over 40 young choristers ages 8-12 meeting weekly on Thursdays in St John’s Church with director Nick Halley! Capella Regalis is hosting a Carnival-inspired fundraising gala before Lent beings featuring fabulous food, music, and fun, and you’re invited! Join us on Friday, February 28 at 6 pm in St John’s Church Hall. Tickets are $150 and include a $75 tax receipt, a full dinner of catered Brazilian fare, one featured Brazilian cocktail, and live Brazilian music provided by an all-star band of musicians including Paul and Nick Halley and others. Dancing is encouraged! Cash bar for additional beverages. All proceeds benefit Capella Regalis Choirs’ free music education programs for children in Halifax and on the South Shore.
