Church Tours and Visitors' Centre:
The Church of St. John's has always been of interest to the community and visitors. Since the fire of November 2001 and the restoration of the Church, that interest has grown even more. The Parish runs a tour program from May through to October using a combination of paid summer students and volunteers from the Congregation who are able to assist our visitors and relate the story of St. John's both from a historical and personal point of view. In the basement of the restored Church there is now a multi - purpose room where visitors can view the crypt and a time-line presentation of the history, fire and restoration of the Church.
The church and visitors' centre is not open on a regular basis during the winter. If you wish to arrange a private tour, please call the parish office at 902-634-4994.
If you wish to take a virtual tour of the church, we are grateful to Allan Jost a recent visitor for providing us with this movie.

The movie will open in Quicktime. You can zoom in and out by clicking the +- symbols and you can pan by holding down the left mouse button and moving the cursor in the direction you wish to go. The larger file yields finer detail, but takes more time to download.
